Arpride is a prokinetic benzamide derivative that is indicated in the treatment of Gl symptoms caused by reduced Gl motility Iike dyspepsia of a non-ulcer/dysmotility type (gastric “fulness”, discomfort and possible pain), gastroparesis (delayed gastric emptying). It is also used to treat symptoms like anorexia, heartburn, regurgitation, bloating, nausea and vomiting.
